Before founding 1060 Capital, Brian spent over nine years with Balyasny Asset Management. For the first four years Brian was an analyst for Dmitry Balyasny, and then a Senior Portfolio Manager where he managed a portfolio focused on the consumer and industrial sectors. Before Brian began at Balyasny Asset Management, he spent time at Coe Capital Management as an equity analyst, and Arthur Anderson as a staff consultant. Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
